The Sarbanes-Oxley Act?

Postby dov » Wed Apr 10, 2013 10:14 pm

This is an American code of conduct for listed companies in its share markets, such as NYSE, it has been mandatory after the collapse of high profile firms such as Maxwell & Enron.

There are several rules & regulations have been outlined where all the listed firms have to obey those rules, failure to do so will result in legal actions.

It ensures the transparency of the firm.
