The surplus was always PROJECTED.

Nobody seemed to sound the warning bell about the internet stock bubble that knocked the NASDAQ market down by 45% during the summer/fall of 2000.

WHAT? If it wasn't for Newt Gingrich as Clintons Speaker - Clinton wouldn't have had a Surplus. Where do you people learn all the lies from? You do know that Clinton took away a large portion of Welfare to pay that right? Thats why Michelle Obama said she wanted to "Rip out Bill Clintons eyes"

Clinton surplus? I'm willing to bet that the money we saved after Clinton gutted our military and intellgience budgets wasn't quite as valuable on 911.

CONS care more about being in power than actually doing something constructive for the country.

What did they do the last time they were in power other than start war against the people that DIDN'T cause 9/11?

Hahahaha

um.....you do realize that the "Clinton Surplus" was the result of the same practices, legislation and book-keeping methods that gave you the DotCom Bubble, the Enron Bubble, the Freddie/Fannie Bubble, the Wall Street Bubble and so many more......Don't you?

Imagine that....you built a cardboard mansion on a sand foundation in the 1990s and then blame the next guy when it all comes falling down during the first heavy rain of the 2000s....

Clinton didn't have a surplus. He had a PROJECTED surplus. He can thank NEWT and the Republicans for that because Congress controls spending.

The Republicans reacted negatively to a surplus they overlooked? Please explain how that is considering they were the majority in Congress for 6 years of Clinton's Presidency.

Nobody acted "negatively" to the surplus. Some claimed it was Clinton and some claimed it was Regan...either way...everyone liked it.

So you think an opposition to an opinion is an excuse to further F*** up the deficit/Its a wonder how the people on the left even get out of bed without having an excuse not to explode because someone don't like their ideas

Keeping them as far away from Americas checkbook as possible. They haven't learned anything did you see how they have been spending the RNC contributions as if they were spoiled trust fund babies. Maybe they are spoiled trust fund babies and this is natural.
