Assuming you mean "stock exchanges" there is a good list at

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_stock_exchanges

which shows eight current and five historical

American Stock Exchange (AMEX)
Chicago Board Options Stock Exchange (CBSX), owned and operated by the Chicago Board Options Exchange
Chicago Stock Exchange (CHX), formerly called the Midwest Stock Exchange
ISE Stock Exchange, owned and operated by the International Securities Exchange
NASDAQ (National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations)
National Stock Exchange, Chicago (NSX, formerly the Cincinnati Stock Exchange)
New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) now known as NYSE Euronext
Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX)

Historical
Archipelago Exchange, acquired by NYSE 2006
Arizona Stock Exchange, closed in 2001
Boston Stock Exchange (BSE), acquired by NASDAQ 2007
Detroit Stock Exchange, operated 1907-1976
Pacific Exchange (PCX), acquired by Archipelago Holdings 2005

A second list of American stock exchanges shows 10 entries

According to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC):

There are currently ten securities exchanges registered with the SEC under Section 6(a) of the Exchange Act as national securities exchanges:

American Stock Exchange
Boston Stock Exchange
Chicago Board Options Exchange
Chicago Stock Exchange
International Securities Exchange
The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC
National Stock Exchange (formerly the Cincinnati Stock Exchange)
New York Stock Exchange
NYSE Arca, Inc. (formerly the Pacific Exchange)
Philadelphia Stock Exchange

There are also two exchanges that the SEC has exempted from registration as national securities exchanges on the basis of a limited volume of transactions:

Arizona Stock Exchange
virt-x plc (formerly known as Tradepoint)
