You can also use the identity sinx/x = 1

lim x-->0 x / sin(4x)

lim x-->0 (4/4) (x / (sin4x))

lim x--> 0 (1/4)(4x / (sin4x))

asx--->0, 4x-->0

(1/4) * 1 = 1/4

since the form is 0/0, differentiate top and bottom (L'Hopital's Rule) and get 1 / 4cos(4x) = 1/4
